How to Use the Dionis Goat Milk Body Lotion with Retinol: Start by applying the retinol body lotion only once or twice per week to allow your skin time to adjust. Slowly increase the frequency, working up to a daily application. Use it only at night, and follow with broad spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen for daytime. Do not use on face or near eyes.
